Brooks Pierce partner Mark Prak will participate in a virtual panel discussion at 1 p.m. on Jan. 14 hosted by the Media Law Resource Center (MLRC). Prak will be joined by Kathy Kirby of Wiley Rein for a wide-ranging discussion about what to expect from the new chair of the Federal Communication Commission (FCC). The discussion will be guided by Jeff Hermes, vice president of the MLRC.
