Brooks Pierce partner Collins Saint will be speaking on April 27 at the 2025 LRP’s National Institute on Legal Issues of Educating Individuals with Disabilities.
He will present “Back to Science Class: Using the Scientific Method to Conduct Effective School Investigations,” discussing practical strategies for educators to use to conduct thorough and fair investigations in schools by blending legal questioning tactics with the scientific method and other solid investigative techniques.
