Brooks Pierce Sponsors North Carolina Lawyer Assistance Program’s 2024 Minority Outreach Conference

Brooks Pierce is proud to sponsor the North Carolina Lawyer Assistance Program’s (NC LAP) Minority Outreach Conference. The event will be held on Feb. 23 at the McKimmon Center in Raleigh.

Every year, the Minority Outreach Conference unites African American attorneys and leaders within the North Carolina bar as well as psychologists and mental health professionals to discuss issues and solutions. Attorneys and speakers will share and reflect on the issues faced by legal professionals daily to provide emotional resilience and a sense of connection to other lawyers with similar conflicts by sharing personal stories to create a tone of honesty and openness with attendees.
