Leading North Carolina law firm Brooks Pierce is pleased to announce that Greg Gaught has joined as an associate based in the Raleigh office. His practice will focus on commercial litigation, appellate litigation and white-collar criminal defense and government investigations. Gaught has experience with business disputes, complex class action lawsuits and controversies involving constitutional and criminal law issues.

Before joining Brooks Pierce, Gaught practiced in Texas with a large private firm. He also served as a law clerk to Judge Allison J. Rushing of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and Judge James C. Dever III of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. He received his juris doctor from Duke University School of Law and has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida. He is admitted to the state bar in both Texas and North Carolina.
