Attorney David Green Appointed to NC Bankers Association's Bank Counsel Committee

Brooks Pierce attorney David W. Green was recently appointed to the Bank Counsel Committee of the North Carolina Bankers Association (NCBA). Green will serve as the committee’s liaison on real property matters. He is the second Brooks Pierce attorney to participate on the NCBA’s Bank Counsel Committee; partner Bob Singer currently chairs the committee. Other members of the committee include in-house counsel and compliance officers from banks across the state and banking and finance attorneys from other North Carolina law firms.

Green focuses his practice on commercial real estate and corporate transactions. He provides counsel on development, expansion and requisite real estate agreements related to real estate purchases and sales. Green also counsels businesses on a wide variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, development and business formation agreements. 

The North Carolina Bankers Association is a professional trade association that has been serving North Carolina’s robust banking industry since 1897. The NCBA provides advocacy, leadership, support and professional development opportunities for financial institutions of all sizes and categories across the state.
