Brooks Pierce attorney Natalie Sanders was recently quoted in a Forbes article on COVID-19 vaccinations in the workplace published on Jan. 16.

The article, “Covid Vaccination Incentives: The Risks And Rewards For Employers,” discusses employers incentivizing their employees to receive the COVID-19 vaccine and the potential legal obstacles they may face.

“Companies want their employees to get vaccinated in order to promote the health of their employees and their customers. [They] also have a financial interest in getting their employees vaccinated because the disruptions due to employee absences related to Covid are tremendous. So, of course, companies are looking at ways to incentivize their employees to get vaccinated,” said Sanders.

Sanders provides counsel and defense to businesses in all aspects of the employment relationship. Her 25 years of experience as an attorney, operations manager, entrepreneur, and community volunteer allow her to relate well to management and provide nuanced guidance in complex matters.
