The program will provide an overview of campaign-finance and election law issues relevant to corporations, including political action committees, independent expenditures, issue advertising, endorsements and events, and employee conduct.
Schauer represents clients in resolving issues with contractual disputes, government regulations, business torts, and unfair competition. He also works with businesses on questions concerning permissible political activity, election laws, and First Amendment rights.
Fletcher advises clients on a variety of litigation and compliance issues related to political activity, campaigns, and elections. He also has significant experience in constitutional, intellectual property, and appellate litigation.
