Brooks Pierce Partner Named IP Star by Managing Intellectual Property

Brooks Pierce partner David Sar was named an “IP Star” for Trademarks by Managing Intellectual Property for the second straight year.

Sar counsels clients in nearly every area of intellectual property and handles business transactions involving trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets and technology. He has handled the prosecution or maintenance of more than 3,500 trademark and copyright registrations within the United States and internationally. He was granted, and has maintained since 2013, “specialist” status in Trademark Law by the North Carolina Board of Legal Specialization.
