Brooks Pierce partner Clint Pinyan will present at the North Carolina Bar Association Administrative Law Annual Meeting on March 23.
The presentation, “What We Learned During the Plague: The Top Ten Administrative Law Decisions Since the End of the World,” will provide insight on North Carolina and federal administrative law cases from the past year.
Pinyan represents both regulators and regulated businesses and professionals, giving him extensive experience on both sides of the regulatory process. He serves as general counsel to the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy and has represented other state and local government agencies, counties and municipalities. Pinyan also represents individuals before agencies such as the Board of Certified Public Accountant Examiners, the Psychology Board and the Social Work Certification and Licensure Board. He has litigated dozens of administrative hearings in North Carolina.
