Brooks Pierce partner Mark Davidson is scheduled to present “Joint Ventures: Operating Agreements” at the 2009 Business Law Institute on Thursday, February 19 at Pinehurst Resort.
The one-hour presentation is scheduled for 1:45 pm and will cover key issues in preparing a joint venture operating agreement and ancillary agreements, including property and service contributions, capital calls, management, buy-sell and exit and income taxation issues relating to contributions of property in kind.
