Susan Young practices in the firm’s Greensboro office in the areas of banking, securities, tax, mergers and acquisitions, and entrepreneurial business development. Susan has represented businesses, business owners, borrowers, lenders, issuers and investors in a variety of corporate and transactional matters, ranging from purchases and sales of small, closely held and family owned businesses to complex multi-million dollar transactions for private and public companies. Susan also maintains an active practice in the representation of banking organizations and provides day-to-day regulatory and corporate advice to a number of publicly-traded corporations.
