Jessi Thaller-Moran and Kemper Patton to Present at NC Bankers Association CBS Benefits Day & HR Workshop

Brooks Pierce attorneys Jessi Thaller-Moran and Kemper Patton will present a legal update at the NC Bankers Association CBS Benefits Day & HR Workshop on March 25-26 at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel.

Thaller-Moran and Patton’s presentation is scheduled for March 26. It will provide attendees with an update on the latest developments in labor and employment law.

Thaller-Moran focuses her practice on employment law and litigation, which includes counseling employers on legal compliance and helping them proactively identify, prepare for and respond to issues involving personnel management.

Patton is a litigation attorney with particular experience in employment and labor disputes involving allegations of discrimination and retaliation, unfair labor practices, and wage and hour issues. He also litigates business issues such as contract disputes, trade secrets, and unfair trade practices.
