The discussion was moderated by Chris Roush, executive editor at Business North Carolina. Thaller-Moran spoke about how employers can thoughtfully and deliberately attract new talent while revamping policies and systems to keep people engaged in the workplace.
Thaller-Moran focuses her practice on employment law and litigation, which includes counseling employers on legal compliance and helping them proactively identify, prepare for and respond to issues involving personnel management.
