Jessi Thaller-Moran Presents at NC Bankers Association CBS Benefits Day & HR Workshop

Brooks Pierce partner Jessi Thaller-Moran will present a legal update at the NC Bankers Association CBS Benefits Day & HR Workshop on March 26-27.

Thaller-Moran’s presentation is scheduled for March 27. It will provide attendees with an update on the latest developments in labor and employment law and tips for human resources professionals, including non-competes, NLRB/employee rights, DEI in the workplace, and FLSA and timekeeping.

Thaller-Moran focuses her practice on employment law and litigation, which includes counseling employers on legal compliance and helping them proactively identify, prepare for and respond to issues involving personnel management.
