Shana Fulton Receives Distinguished Service Award for NCBA’s Antitrust Complex Business Disputes Law Section
Brooks Pierce partner Shana Fulton was recently awarded the Distinguished Service Award for the North Carolina Bar Association’s (NCBA) Antitrust Complex Business Disputes Law Section.
The Distinguished Service Award was established to recognize members of the Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Law Section (or others under extraordinary situations) who have demonstrated the highest ethical standards, shown a high level of professional competence, and have made significant contributions to the section, scholarship, and advocacy on behalf of clients, consumers, or the public in the fields of antitrust or complex business disputes law.
Fulton represents businesses and individuals in criminal and civil litigation, under government investigation or in conducting internal investigations. As a defense attorney and former Assistant U.S. Attorney, she has experience litigating and investigating high-profile and complex matters at all levels of federal and state trial courts. She loves using her deep experience as a defense attorney and federal prosecutor on complex matters that feature a mix of criminal, civil and regulatory issues across a wide variety of industries.
