Director of Recruiting and Professional Development

Gail Cutter is the Director of Recruiting and Professional Development for Brooks Pierce.  She is a former Wall Street corporate lawyer with over 25 years of experience in legal recruiting, professional development and career counseling. Gail is responsible for all aspects of law school and lateral recruiting and hiring, including conducting outreach and educational programming at top law schools to bring the best legal talent to the firm. Gail also oversees the summer associate program and associate integration. She brings her experience in professional development, career counseling and coaching to the firm’s associate development programs and diversity initiatives.
