Haniya Mir is a transactional lawyer, representing businesses of all sizes on a wide range of corporate matters, including securities law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and equity and debt financing. Haniya works closely with clients to provide thorough, timely counsel through a host of complex corporate transactions.
Haniya advises clients on public and private securities offerings. She also counsels public companies on securities law reporting requirements under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as well as compliance with the listing requirements of the major U.S. exchanges.
Haniya represents public and private companies in a variety of M&A transactions, including mergers, stock purchases and sales, asset purchases and sales, spin-offs and recapitalizations. She advises on all aspects of merger, acquisition, and disposition transactions, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating definitive agreements, closing and post-closing advice, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
Haniya counsels businesses of all sizes in a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, and general business matters.
