James Bobbitt counsels employers of all sizes in a wide range of employment law matters, and represents them in litigation in state and federal courts. He also represents businesses facing litigation for complex business matters. James is admitted to practice in Kentucky and is currently seeking admission to the North Carolina State Bar.
James counsels businesses of all sizes and their HR professionals in all manner of employment law related matters, including hiring and termination procedures, compensation and benefits, wage and hour issues, and federal and state employment regulations. He also represents clients in EEOC proceedings and in state and federal court against wage and hour claims, discrimination claims, retaliation claims, and other sources of employment litigation.
