Josh maintains a diverse practice, helping clients with a wide range of litigation and regulatory issues. A former federal law clerk, Josh handles complex litigation for individuals and businesses in all levels of state and federal court. Josh also provides counsel to media and broadcasting companies and radio and television stations on issues regarding FCC regulatory compliance and federal election law.
Josh provides counsel on a wide range of administrative and regulatory issues. He counsels with media and broadcasting companies on FCC compliance issues, including ownership issues, programming, indecency standards, political advertising, licensing and renewals, online public file requirements, and a host of other issues.
Josh uses his federal clerkship experience to advise and represent individuals and businesses of all sizes in a wide variety of complex matters in all levels of federal and state court. He has a broad range of litigation experience, including with issues concerning state and federal constitutional law, government regulations and administrative law, and other complex commercial disputes. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, primarily focused on assisting religious organizations and related non-profits.
