Leatha has over 25 years of experience as a real estate paralegal. She is proficient in complex title research and abstracting and has extensive computer knowledge of the various research systems throughout North Carolina, Virginia and South Carolina.

Leatha is skilled in multiple facets and functions of various real estate transactions including document production, preparing title opinions, procuring title commitments, policies and other various closing title matters to complete the closing process. Her primary responsibilities include multiple various research projects for commercial real estate, condemnation cases, foreclosures, lender bank loan work outs and settlements.
