Will Robertson represents businesses, governments, and individuals in all levels of state and federal courts. He draws upon his experience in court to design and implement effective litigation strategies for the Firm's clients.
My Practices
Will represents businesses and governments in litigating complex, high-stakes litigation in both state and federal court. Employing a thorough understanding of court procedure, Will develops effective litigation strategies tailored to clients’ needs.
Will draws on his experience with campaign and election law to counsel candidates for public office, state and national political parties, and voting advocacy organizations. He advocates for his clients in administrative proceedings before the county and state boards of elections, and in federal and state voting rights litigation.
Will investigates and litigates on behalf of public school systems and private schools. In his practice, he helps his clients further their educational missions with respect to athletic programs, school funding, and other complex business issues.

About Me
I am a native North Carolinian who has lived across the state from Charlotte to New Bern. From an early age, I have always been driven by intellectual curiosity and the desire to help others. Together these two instincts guided me to the practice of law.
Learning about clients’ prospective legal issues, identifying and recommending solutions, and executing those solutions makes me excited to go to work every day. Whenever possible, I help anticipate and avoid legal problems before they arise. If a dispute cannot be avoided, I embrace the opportunity to build a compelling case and advocate justice for my clients in the courtroom.
When I am not in the office, I enjoy attending the performing arts, playing racquet sports, sharing a meal with friends, and traveling to Carolina Beach with my wife.
