Christiane works with businesses and content creators to identify, enforce and exploit their intellectual property rights. Her work includes identifying, selecting, protecting and enforcing trademarks and copyrights, and handling business transactions involving intellectual property. She also handles trademark proceedings before the USPTO’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).

Christiane’s entertainment practice focuses on drafting, negotiating, and reviewing publishing, licensing, distribution, and other agreements for content creators of all kinds, including filmmakers, musicians, authors, and podcasters.
