Nikki Johnson

Nikki Johnson is the Office Manager for the Greensboro office of Brooks Pierce. In this position, she oversees day-to-day operations, including human resources and facility management. She has previous experience as a director of legal administration; as a paralegal focused on bankruptcy, corporate, and healthcare law; as a magazine writer and editor; and in special education.

I am a Southern California native who now considers North Carolina to be home. I love tea, historical penmanship, music, swing dancing, and period dramas.

I have sung as both a classical soloist and as a choir member for many years, and I performed in musical theater in college. My favorite musical experiences were singing with big bands in L.A. during the swing revival. I worked with amazing musicians who had played with the greats of the big band era, including such luminaries as Ella Fitzgerald, Tommy Dorsey, Tex Beneke, Glenn Miller, and the Andrews Sisters.

Whenever I can get away from the office, I love to travel with my clergy husband and two kids, especially to pristine lakes in the summer and the crisp and colorful mountains in the fall.
