Brooks Pierce represented Lawrence Industries in its acquisition by London-based Tyman plc (LSE: TYMN).

Lawrence Industries is a family-owned business founded in 2005. Based in North Carolina, Lawrence Industries designs, manufactures and sells composite hardware for sliding and hung windows, and will continue to go to market under the Lawrence Industries brand.

Tyman is an international supplier of engineered fenestration components and access solutions to the construction industry.
