Tony Copeland Participates in Business North Carolina 2022 Economic Forecast Roundtable
Brooks Pierce’s senior economic development and corporate strategist and former North Carolina Secretary of Commerce Tony Copeland will participate in Business North Carolina’s panel discussion on the state of the economy for 2022 on Jan. 6 at 3:30 p.m. The event will be held at Campbell University Law School.
The panel will discuss North Carolina’s economic forecast for 2022, including anticipated economic growth, regulation changes and how companies can best take advantage of what is in store. The discussion will also examine ways businesses can deal with inflation and supply shortages.
Copeland is a highly accomplished attorney, focusing in corporate strategy and business incentive solutions with a 30-year record of achievement on every side of the corporate relocation and site selection process. His real-world international experience as a corporate executive for more than a decade allows him to provide a higher level of insight few consultants can match. As a former Secretary of Commerce, Copeland helped bring more than 81,000 jobs and more than $18.4 billion of investment to the state. Under his leadership, North Carolina experienced the largest annual inward investment in the history of the state. Copeland has worked with and continues to work with some of the largest companies in the world.
