Agustin Martinez to Participate in NCBA Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Panel Discussion

Brooks Pierce attorney Agustin Martinez will participate in a panel discussion at Wake Forest University School of Law on Thursday, October 20, organized by the North Carolina Bar Association’s Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Law Section. He will join fellow diverse attorneys from local law firms in sharing what it’s like to practice business litigation and discussing their past experience, current practice areas, and recruitment strategies with law students.

Drawing on his experience as a law clerk in the North Carolina Business Court, Martinez helps clients resolve complex disputes. He has worked with businesses and professionals through all stages of litigation. Outside of the firm, he serves on the leadership council of the Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Law Section.
