Drawing on his experience as a law clerk in the North Carolina Business Court, Agustin helps clients resolve complex disputes. Agustin has worked with clients through all stages of litigation. Before joining Brooks Pierce, Agustin was an associate at a boutique litigation firm, and before starting his legal career, he was an HR professional for an energy company with more than 10,000 employees.
