Brooks Pierce attorney Amanda Hawkins will speak during a panel discussion on March 31 at the North Carolina Bar Association's (NCBA) 2023 Appellate Practice Section program and CLE, "Next-Level Appellate Practice." Along with panelists Judge Paul C. Ridgeway, Senior Resident Superior Court Judge for the Tenth Judicial District and Gagan Gupta, a partner with Tin Fulton Walker & Owen, Hawkins will provide insight about stays and concurrent litigation in trial and appellate courts.
Hawkins represents businesses and individuals in all levels of state and federal courts. She uses her experience as a law clerk to inform her litigation strategy and assist clients in all stages of litigation including complex cases in both state and federal court.
