Brooks Pierce Attorneys Speak at Mecklenburg Bar Association’s 12th Annual North Carolina Business Court CLE
Brooks Pierce attorneys Agustin Martinez and Jennifer Van Zant will speak on November 1 at the 12th Annual North Carolina Business Court CLE hosted by the Mecklenburg Bar Association’s (MBA) Business Law Section. The in-person CLE will take place at the Fairfield Inn and Suites Charlotte Uptown.
Martinez will moderate the “Judges’ Panel,” featuring sitting North Carolina Business Court Judges and Van Zant will present “Artificial Intelligence: Friend or Foe?”
Martinez is a litigation attorney, focusing on commercial and complex business litigation. He represents businesses and professionals in all levels of state and federal court, including the North Carolina Business Court.
Van Zant focuses her practice on complex business litigation — the more complicated, the better. She represents businesses on a wide array of disputes before federal courts and the North Carolina Business Court, and works closely with clients to make paths toward resolution.
