Brooks Pierce is pleased to announce that five new associates Zach Aldridge, Cameron Ervin, Sabrina Greer, Sarah Morehouse and Gabby Supak, have joined the firm.
Aldridge advises clients on a variety of corporate and securities matters. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his master’s in business administration from University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business. He also earned his juris doctor from Notre Dame Law School. Aldridge is based in the firm’s Raleigh office.
Ervin represents individual and corporate clients subject to government investigations and facing actual and potential criminal and civil exposure with the U.S. Department of Justice, local U.S. Attorney’s offices, the Internal Revenue Service, and federal and state regulatory bodies. She has conducted internal investigations for corporate clients to respond to inquiries from the government and advises clients on proactive and defensive strategies to avoid or mitigate criminal exposure. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Davidson College and her juris doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Ervin is based in the firm’s Raleigh office.
Greer provides comprehensive legal services to business entities of all types and sizes. Prior to joining Brooks Pierce, she clerked at the North Carolina Business Court where she gained experience with complex business disputes, drawing on that experience to inform her approach to legal issues. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University and her juris doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Greer is based in the firm’s Greensboro office.
Morehouse represents clients in a broad range of matters. She focuses her practice on helping clients protect their intellectual property and representing businesses of all sizes in various corporate matters. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her juris doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law. Morehouse is based in the firm’s Raleigh office.
Supak uses her experience as a law clerk to assist clients in a broad range of corporate and business matters including complex business litigation, regulatory proceedings, and entity formation. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi and her juris doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law. She is based in the firm’s Wilmington office.
