Brooks Pierce is pleased to announce Sydney Booker has joined the firm as an associate. She will focus on commercial litigation.
Booker has experience working with the financial services, retail, logistics and transportation sectors, in commercial disputes, class action litigation and corporate investigations. Before attending law school, she worked in the forensic and dispute services practice of a major accounting firm where she provided clients with forensic accounting and corporate investigation, anti-money laundering compliance consulting and damages estimation services.

Booker received her juris doctor from Duke University Law School. She has a bachelor’s degree in public and international affairs from Princeton University.
