Brooks Pierce is pleased to announce Agustin Martinez has joined the firm as an associate, adding another talented lawyer to its litigation team. Martinez will focus his practice on commercial and complex business litigation.
A former law clerk to Judge Michael L. Robinson of the North Carolina Business Court, Martinez helps clients resolve complex disputes. He has worked with clients through all stages of litigation. Before joining Brooks Pierce, Martinez was an associate at a boutique litigation firm. Prior to starting his legal career, he was a human resources professional for an energy company with more than 10,000 employees.

Martinez received his juris doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law. He has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Marygrove College.
