Brooks Pierce senior economic development & corporate strategist Tony Copeland and Brooks Pierce’s new economic development practice were the focus of an April 27 Triad Business Journal article.
The article, “How former NC commerce secretary plans to build Brooks Pierce’s economic development practice,” discusses Copeland joining the firm and how he will work in conjunction with the firm’s established practice areas and practitioners to provide clients with a variety of economic development related services.
Copeland is a highly accomplished attorney, focusing on corporate strategy and business incentive solutions with a 30-year record of achievement on every side of the corporate relocation and site selection process. As a former North Carolina Secretary of Commerce, he helped bring more than 81,000 jobs and more than $18.4 billion of investment to the state.
