Brooks Pierce Attorney Presents at Fostering LGBTQ+ Equity, Inclusion and Belonging CLE Program
Brooks Pierce attorney Collins Saint will present at the Fostering LGBTQ+ Equity, Inclusion and Belonging: Past, Present and Future Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program on Feb. 23.
The session, “Practical Employment Guidance for LGBTQ+ Workplace Issues,” will discuss updating dress code policies, crafting gender identity and transition guidelines, the impacts of Bostock v. Clayton County’s Title VII protections, harassment claims and litigation.
Saint represents employers before government agencies and in state and federal courts on numerous employment law matters, including Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charges and lawsuits, common law employment claims, contract disputes, and discrimination and harassment claims. He also counsels clients on compliance with state and federal laws, employment policies and handbooks and employment agreements. Saint has extensive experience with civil rights claims, representing parties on both sides of civil rights and discrimination-related lawsuits.
