Brooks Pierce Attorneys Complete Series of Guides on NC Litigation Procedures
Brooks Pierce litigation attorneys recently completed a series of articles on North Carolina litigation rules and procedures, published by Practical Law. The articles, which read like Q & A guides, cover the civil litigation process in North Carolina, from the filing of the complaint to Supreme Court arguments. Except for the Litigation Overview guide, each guide covers a specific facet of civil litigation procedure and discusses how it applies to all forms of litigation, from small claims court cases to North Carolina Business Court matters. Led by Clint Morse, the team of writers invested more than two and a half years in creating the full series.
"We are very excited to have completed such a mammoth project and see it published," said Morse. "This series of user-friendly guides works to clarify litigation procedures for North Carolina attorneys. Drawing upon Brooks Pierce's quality litigation analysis and experience, we've crafted an exceptional resource for our colleagues across the state."
